We’ve invested in quality equipment to transport your food safely. Our hot bags are sturdy and well-insulated to make sure food arrives at the same temperature it was when it left the restaurant. With that, we are careful to deliver orders within a certain radius of the restaurant to keep the dishes fresh and warm!

Operations

How does ASAP know when to pick up the food?

When you receive a new order, you will be prompted to enter a prep time. We suggest that you overestimate your prep time by about 10 minutes. (Customers don’t typically complain about food being early.)

Is there training for the iPad?

 

Of course! Located on the home screen of your iPad is a training folder. This folder includes training for both the restaurant employees and managers. If there are any issues at any time, contact our Partner Support Team.

Will ASAP market my business?

Our success depends on yours, so absolutely. Our mission is to bring you new customers. We provide you with marketing materials (door stickers, table tents, push cards, etc.), and our media kit (logos, social media posts, etc.) for you to promote yourself on ASAP.

Financial

When can I start receiving orders?

Once signed up, you can start taking orders within 3 days!  We'll ship you an iPad, build your menu, and confirm with you that everything looks good.

How does pricing work?

 

We work with our partners to tailor a rate that best fits their business needs.  Please fill out our more information form if you need to speak directly to a rep regarding rates.

How often will I get paid?

 ASAP may utilize Hyperwallet payment services to deliver payments to you. Such payment services are subject to the Hyperwallet Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.  ASAP may batch payments through Hyperwallet on the following:

Daily Payments: Monday - Friday at 6:30PM CDT/5:30PM CST

Weekly Payments: Thursday at 6:30PM CDT/5:30PM CST

Bi-Weekly Payments: The (1st) and (15th) of the month at 6:30PM CDT/5:30PM CST

Monthly Payments: The (1st) of the month at 6:30PM CDT/5:30PM CST

*Please note if these days should fall on the weekend or holiday the payment will come on the business day that follows the provided dates.
