iPad Support
Having iPad issues?
If the iPad or Dashboard app is not functioning properly, follow these quick troubleshooting steps.
In the top left corner of the Dashboard app screen, use the REFRESH button to reload the order screen.
Close and reopen Dashboard by double-clicking the iPad home button and closing out the open apps.
Switch networks by going to Settings>Wifi
Using Wifi? Turn off wifi to use the LTE.
Is Wifi off? Turn on Wifi & select a network.
In the bottom left corner of the dashboard app you can sign out of the Dashboard app and log back in using your credentials.
Make sure the power cable is properly connected and allow 5-10 minutes to charge after if the battery dies.
