Having iPad issues?

If the iPad or Dashboard app is not functioning properly, follow these quick troubleshooting steps.

  • In the top left corner of the Dashboard app screen, use the REFRESH button to reload the order screen.
  • Close and reopen Dashboard by double-clicking the iPad home button and closing out the open apps.
  • Switch networks by going to Settings>Wifi
    • Using Wifi? Turn off wifi to use the LTE.
    • Is Wifi off? Turn on Wifi & select a network.
  • In the bottom left corner of the dashboard app you can sign out of the Dashboard app and log back in using your credentials.
  • Make sure the power cable is properly connected and allow 5-10 minutes to charge after if the battery dies.
